Service Box for Water Trough (ideal for 457mm standard water trough) – Rust-Resistant & Easy to Maintain

This service box features a strong design and has tapered sides to prevent ball valve drop out or sticking, along with three mounting brackets attached to the rolled top ridge for secure fixing. It is finished in 1mm thick galvanised pressed steel, complies with water regulations, and suits various types of ball valve, including 12mm high pressure, 20mm low pressure, and Jobe Topaz Valve (200L/min). This service box fits a standard width water trough – 457mm (suitable for Cattle Water Trough 457mm width x 405mm height and Sheep Water Trough 457mm width x 267mm height). Please note – ball valve and poly ball float available separately.

Note: This equipment is Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, however, where the equipment will be in prolonged contact with silage or other mineral rich water, it is recommended that food safe or non-toxic epoxy is applied to areas of the product which will be in contact with silage, feed or water before use, and then periodically thereafter when it is empty, clean and dry in order to prevent corrosion of the steel and zinc and therefore extend the life of the equipment.
